MozzCat Managed Websites

Your website. Without the website headache.

Accepting pilot clients

MozzCat builds and manages the website. Update routine content through focused tools, or ask MozzCat to handle the updates for you.

Built for churches, nonprofits, associations, ministries, clubs, and other small organizations or individuals that need to update content—not manage web technology.

A Simpler Fit

Your staff should not need web-development skills to update information.

General-purpose website platforms are designed to offer themes, page builders, extensions, and extensive design control. That flexibility is useful when you need it—but many small organizations simply need a professional site that stays current.

This approach starts with the question

What does your organization actually need to change?

  • No website yet

  • An outdated or abandoned site

  • A former volunteer maintained it

  • Site rarely gets updated

Focused Editing

A site organized around the information you maintain

Your team works with clearly labeled information—such as words, photos, staff, programs, events, and announcements—instead of an open-ended page builder.

The exact mix depends on the organization. MozzCat configures the useful small set of sections and features rather than giving every client every possible option.

A baseline privacy page can be prepared around the features the site uses. Organizations with specialized legal or regulatory requirements should obtain appropriate professional advice.

Planned Convenience

What if updating your website were as easy as sending a text?

Planned feature — not yet available

MozzCat is planning a text-message option for common requests such as posting an event or announcement. An authorized user would send the request, review the interpreted details, and explicitly confirm before anything is published.

The same structured content would power both the web editing tools and text-message updates, so simplicity does not come at the expense of control.

Only registered users with edit permission would be allowed to request changes, with confirmation required before publishing.

How It Works

A service shaped around the organization

  1. Talk about the need

We review the current site, content, programs, events, frustrations, and who will maintain it.

  2. Choose the right structure

MozzCat identifies the small set of site sections and features that make sense.

  3. Build and configure

MozzCat handles setup, layout, content configuration or migration, and deployment.

  4. Choose the update approach

Staff or volunteers can receive focused editing access, or routine updates can be handled by MozzCat under a fully managed arrangement.

  5. Keep human help available

MozzCat remains available for assistance, larger additions, and technical changes as the organization’s needs evolve.

Room To Grow

Start simple. Solve the next useful problem.

Additional needs can be evaluated as the site grows. Because MozzCat also builds custom software, the conversation does not have to stop at standard website features.

  • Specialized forms and registrations
  • Email workflows and automation
  • Document libraries and data processing
  • Databases and custom integrations
  • Other organization-specific needs

Larger additions are evaluated and scoped separately rather than being treated as routine content updates.

Payment processing is not presented as a MozzCat-operated platform; appropriate third-party options can be evaluated when needed.
